We do not use your proprietary agent configurations, conversation data, or knowledge base content to train general-purpose AI models. Your data is used exclusively to power and improve the specific AI agents you create and manage within your account.
4.3 AI Sub-Processors
Our Services utilize third-party AI infrastructure providers for language model inference, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and related capabilities. These providers process data in accordance with their respective data processing agreements and are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own model training purposes.
4.4 Conversation Data Retention
