Overview
A Topic represents a specific area of conversation. For example, within a "Customer Support" Problem Space, you might have Topics like:
Order Status
Returns & Refunds
Product Questions
Billing Issues
Topics help your agent recognize what the user wants to discuss and route the conversation appropriately.
Creating a Topic
Navigate to Agent Config > Topics and click Create Topic.

Description
What conversations this topic covers
Problem Space
Which problem space this topic belongs to
Keywords
Phrases that trigger this topic
Best Practices
Keep topics focused on a single subject area
Use descriptive names that match user language
