Topics define the conversation subjects your agent can handle within a Problem Space.


Overview

A Topic represents a specific area of conversation. For example, within a "Customer Support" Problem Space, you might have Topics like:

  • Order Status

  • Returns & Refunds

  • Product Questions

  • Billing Issues

Topics help your agent recognize what the user wants to discuss and route the conversation appropriately.


Creating a Topic

Navigate to Agent Config > Topics and click Create Topic.
